Sustainable Business Leasing is a licensed non-banking financial institution providing flexible asset-based financing for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as individuals.

The company is registered with the Bulgarian National Bank as a financial institution with registration number BGR00434, based on Order No. BNB-102574/10.11.2020.

The company's operations are structured in two main areas – asset leasing and bridge financing. The focus is on niche segments where standard financial institutions often do not provide sufficient flexibility, with solutions structured according to the specific asset, project and client, with a balanced approach to the risk and sustainability of each transaction.

The company works with a wide range of assets – including vehicles (including luxury and high-end automobiles), industrial and commercial equipment, agricultural machinery, as well as energy infrastructure and technologies related to the green transition, gradually expanding its presence in sustainable and innovative sectors.

The team combines expertise in lending, leasing and structured finance, with experience through different economic cycles. This enables an individual approach to each transaction and the building of long-term partnerships with clients and investors.
